Ingredients:

1 pound boneless pork loin (one
whole piece) or flank steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black
pepper
2 teaspoons black sesame
seeds (white will do too)
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 large garlic clove
1/2 cup white non-cooking wine


Make marinade:

Pour soy sauce into bowl. Add
Italian seasoning.
Add pepper.


















Add sesame seeds.



















Add salt.


















Mix all ingredients to blend them
together.

















Add wine.

Season pork with pepper.



















Sprinkle with salt.


















Place pork into deep oven-proof
dish. Place garlic slices on top of
meat.

















Pour marinade over meat.
Cover with plastic wrap and
refrigerate for at least two hours
or overnight. Preheat oven to
375 degree F. Place baking dish
with meat in oven and bake for
45 minutes, basting with
marinade every 10 minutes until
the last 10 minutes (use spoon
to pour a little marinade over
meat).




Remove baking dish from oven
and let stand for about 10
minutes before cutting. Cut into
slices and serve warm with
salad, pasta or rice.
