INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon ground white (or
black) pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 heaped teaspoon ground
cumin
1 heaped teaspoon onion
powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup white dry wine
8 chicken thighs
DIRECTIONS:
Put ground pepper into large
bowl.
Add garlic powder.
Add mustard powder.
Add ground cumin.
Add onion powder.
Add soy sauce.
Add honey.
Add wine.
Add chicken thighs. Flip them
over to coat with marinade all
over. Cover bowl with plastic
wrap and place into refrigerate
for at least 1 hour or overnight
to marinate.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place chicken thighs into
ungreased baking tray, skin up.
Pour 1/2 cup of marinade over
chicken.
Bake in preheated oven at 375
degrees F for 1 hour or until
chicken skins are golden brown.
Every 10 minutes, baste chicken
with marinade: spoon a little of
liquid from baking tray over
chicken.
Serve hot.
Fantastic for a party or for an everyday
meal!
