Smoked Mozarella and Pastrami Croissant
INGREDIENTS for two:

2 croissants
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
4 slices smoked Mozarella
cheese
4 slices pastrami


DIRECTIONS:



Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Cut Mozarella cheese into
1/2-inch thick slices.





Slice each croissant in half with
sharp knife.


















Spread 1 teaspoon Dijon
mustard on bottom half of each
croissant.
















Top with 2 slices of pastrami.



















Top with 2 Mozarella slices.


















Top each croissant with its half.



















Place onto baking dish and bake
in preheated oven for 4 to 5
minutes.








Serve immediately.
