Ingredients:

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon ground black
pepper (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1 medium onion
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon mustard with whole
grains
6 to 8 tablespoons vegetable oil
for frying



Place both meats into bowl. Add
egg.




Add salt.


















Add black pepper.



















Add marjoram.


















Add paprika.


















Add bread crumbs.


















Mix with spoon to blend all
ingredients well.

Add chopped onion to meat and
mix meat well again.













Take one heaped tablespoon of
meat and with your hands wet,
make a ball. Spread piece of foil
and place meat balls onto it.















Pour 6 to 8 tablespoons of oil
into large skillet. Heat over
medium heat for 30 seconds to 1
minute, or until oil is hot but not
smoky.















Add meatballs. Make sure that
they don't touch each other.
Cook over medium heat for 5 to
6 minutes, or until the bottom
browns nicely.














Flip meatballs with spatula. Cook
on another side 5 to 6 minutes or
until browned. Take meatballs
out and put on plate.















In the same skillet where you
cooked meatballs (do not discard
the oil) add heavy cream

















Add mustard.



















Immediately mix with wire whisk
and bring to boil, stirring
constantly.
















Add meatballs and reduce heat
to medium-low. Cook for another
7 to 10 minutes, stirring gently
once or twice.








Serve with your favorite pasta.
Serve your meatballs with this irresistible
spicy sauce!
