INGREDIENTS:

any amount hot dogs
any vegetables for garnishing

DIRECTIONS:

Bring 4 cups of water to boil in
medium pot.

Meanwhile, cut hot dogs in half,
lengthwise, leaving about 1/2
inch on one end untouched (this
will be a "head").

Flip hot dog and make another
cut, lengthwise, leaving about
1/2 inch on the "head" end
untouched.

Split each of the "legs" in half,
lengthwise. Make sure to not cut
into the "head".

You now have an 8-legged
"octopus."

When water comes to boil, put
octopuses into it for about 20 to
30 seconds, just until the "legs"
curl. Carefully remove hot dogs
from water with tongs or fork. Be
sure not to damage the legs. If
you keep hot dogs in water for
too long, they will become dry,
so make sure you do not
overcook them. If they do come
out a bit dry, drizzle some melted
butter or any sauce or ketchup
over hot dogs when serving.

Place octopuses onto serving
plates and arrange vegetables
around them. Serve immediately.
