Ingredients:
1 kiwi
5-6 strawberries
1 slice of pineapple
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 pear
1 cup orange juice
Step 1
Cut kiwi in half, crosswise.
Step 2
Scoop flesh out with spoon.
Discard skin.
Step 3
Cut pineapple into pieces.
Discard center (core) of slice.
Step 4
Cut stems off strawberries.
Discard stems.
Step 5
Cut pear in half, lengthwise.
Step 6
Cut each half in half again,
lengthwise.
Step 7
Cut core off and discard it.
Step 8
Place all ingredients into
blender.
Step 9
Add orange juice. Process on
high for 20-30 seconds, until
smooth.
Serve immediately.
