Ingredients:

1 whole marinated roasted red
bell pepper (about 3 ounces)
8 ounces whipped cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground white (or
black) pepper (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
2 yellow or orange peppers
(optional)
vegetables for dipping

Put marinated roasted pepper
into food processor.




Add cream cheese.

















Add lemon juice.



















Add olive oil.


















Add onion powder.


















Add garlic powder.



















Add white pepper.


















Add salt.


















Add blue cheese.


















Process until smooth, about 1
minute. Transfer to bowl, cover
with plastic wrap and refrigerate
for at least 2 hours or overnight.
















Just before serving, if using
pepper, cut the top off in any
creative way you like.










































































Cut out membranes in the base
of pepper and take out all seeds,
and discard.




































Cut most of core with seeds in
pepper top, and discard.





































Spoon dip into peppers.










Serve with vegetables.
