INGREDIENTS:

any amount of hot dogs
1 teaspoon butter per each hot
dog

DIRECTIONS:

Make a 1-inch vertical cut
through each of the hot dog
ends.

Flip hot dogs 90 degrees and
make another 1-inch cut.

You now have a cross-like cut.

Over medium heat, melt butter in
skillet.

Add hot dogs. Cook over
medium heat for about 1 minute,
or until slightly golden on
bottoms.

Flip over with spatula or tongs
and cook another minute, or
until golden. The ends will split
in the process of cooking.

Remove from skillet and transfer
onto serving plates. Serve
immediately.
A cool way to have hot dogs for the kids!
