INGREDIENTS:

9 to 10 medium potatoes
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup blue cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella
cheese
1/4 teaspoon white or black
ground pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder


DIRECTIONS:

Place potatoes into medium pot.
Add water just to cover. Add salt.



Place lid askew and bring
potatoes to boil. Reduce heat to
medium-low and cook potatoes
15 to 20 minutes or until done.















Test with fork for softness.
Potatoes should not be too
tender.
















Drain and cool slightly to work
with potatoes comfortable. Cut
potatoes into several 1/2-inch
slices.
















Place potatoes in ungreased
casserole or baking dish.





































Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Prepare the sauce:
Place spour cream into large
bowl. Add milk.















Add blue cheese.


















Add Mozzarella cheese.



















Add ground pepper.



















Add onion powder.



















Mix well.

















Pour sauce over potatoes
evenly.





































Cook uncovered in preheated
oven at 375 degree for 30 to 40
minutes or until cheese is
golden brown.





Serve hot.
