Prosciutto and Brie Croissant
INGREDIENTS for two:

2 croissants
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
6 slices prosciutto
4 slices Brie
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.



Slice each croissant in half with
sharp knife.




Spread 1 teaspoon Dijon
mustard on bottom half of each
croissant.

















Top each croissant with 3 slices
of prosciutto.


















Top with 2 slices of Brie.


















Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon garlic
powder.

















Top each croissant with its half.


















Place onto baking dish and bake
in preheated oven for 4 to 5
minutes.






Serve immediately.
