Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless fish filets
(such as cod, trout, etc)
salt to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose white flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for
frying

Cut fish file into 3 or 4 pieces.

Sprinkle with salt, if desired.

Put flour into small bowl.

Place one piece of fish into flour.

Flip over to coat fish with flour all
over.

Carefully lift fish with your
fingers or fork and shake off
excess flour. Place floured piece
of fish onto plate. Flour the
remaining pieces of fish.

Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil into
large skillet and heat over
medium heat until oil is hot but
not smoky.

Add fish pieces. Make sure that
fish pieces don't touch each
other

Saute over medium heat for
about 4 to 5 minutes, or until
golden and crisp on bottom. Flip
over with spatula.

Take fish out and place onto
serving plate. Serve immediately.
Crispy on the outside and moist inside, these
delicious fish bites are very easy to prepare.
