INGREDIENTS:

8 ounces sliced baby Bella
mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
8 ounces (1/2 pound) pasta,
cooked and kept warm
2 tablespoons grated Mozzarella
or Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Cook pasta.

Meanwhile, heat large skillet
over medium heat 1 minute. Add
olive oil.



Add mushrooms and sprinkle
them with salt.


















Stir well.

















Cook 5 to 7 minutes, covered,
until soft. Stir occasionally.
When done, take off the heat
and keep warm.















Put cooked pasta on serving
plates. Top with mushrooms.









Sprinkle with shredded cheese
and serve immediately.
