Ingredients:
2 cups mixed greens
several sprigs of parsley
1 radish
1 medium tomato
hallf orange, peeled and divided
into segments
2 tablespoons finely shredded
Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons roasted almons,
sliced (Parmesan or Garlic
flavored)
Place mixed greens into large
bowl
Add parsley to mixed greens.
Slice radish thinly in even
intervals. Hold it with your hand
in the process.
Add radish to mixed greens.
Add tomatoes to salad.
Cut orange into several rough
pieces, crosswise.
Add orange pieces to salad.
Sprinkle salad with Parmesan.
Sprinkle almond slices over
salad.
