Ingredients:

4 ounces cream cheese,
unsalted
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon orange zest for
decorating (optional)

Reserve several raspberries for
decorating




Put cream cheese into blender.





Add cream.


















Add confectioner's sugar.



















Add raspberries.

















Process on high for 30 seconds
or until well-blended.








Transfer to bowl and decorate
with orange zest and reserved
raspberries.
