INGREDIENTS:
2 boneless, skinless chicken
breasts
2 tablespoons BBQ rub
1 teeaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 fresh rosemary sprig (or 2
teaspoons dried rosemary)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire
sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Place chicken breasts in bowl.
Add BBQ rub.
Add salt.
Add marjoram.
Add rosemary.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well to coat chicken with
seasoning. Cover bowl with
plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Place meat on ungreased
baking dish or tray.
Pour remaining marinade over
chicken.
Bake at 375 degrees F 1 hour
or until chicken is golden brown.
Baste chicken with liquid on
baking tray every 10 minutes,
using spoon. If all liquid
evaporates, pour several
tablespoons warm water over
chicken to prevent from burning.
Serve hot or cold.
