INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup white all-purpose flour
1 pound puff pastry
4 sausages (hot-dog-like)
cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Sprinkle working surface with
little flour.








Cut puff pastry in half into 2
even squares.


















Roll out with rolling pin until puff
pastry doubles in size.

















Place one sausage at one end
of puff pastry.


















Roll just to the middle of puff
pastry. Then cut off with sharp
knife. Repeat with remaining puff
pastry and sausage.















With sharp knife, slice each roll
into 1/2-inch thin slices.

















Grease baking tray or cookie
sheet with cooking spray. Place
buttons 1 inch away from each
other. Bake in preheated oven
at 400 degrees F for 10 to 12
minutes, or until puffed and
slightly golden.























Serve warm.
So easy and quick to make, this is a delightful
treat for a kids' party!
