Ingredients:

1 lpound fresh broccoli
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp salad oil (try sesame
oil, or simply use olive oil)
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce (reduced
sodium)
2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp sesame seeds




Step 1
Cut broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Place broccoli into wok or
large skillet. Add water.
Step 3
Add salt to taste. Cover with lid
and cook until desired softness
over a medium-low heat, about
10-12 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, place sesame seeds
in small saucepan and toast
them over medium-low heat until
light brown. Take sesame seeds
out of saucepan.
Step 5
Add oil.
Step 6
Add vinegar.
Step 7
Add soy sauce.
Step 8
Add sugar. Mix well and bring
almost to a boil.
Step 9
Add the toasted sesame seeds.
Stir to cover them evenly with
the oil mixture.
Step 10
Drain the broccoli and place
them into a large bowl. Pour the
sesame seed mixture over and
toss well.
Serve immediately.
