INGREDIENTS:

4 catfish fillets
4 slices blue cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
4 fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place fish fillet with its one end
facing you.

Sprinkle with little salt.

Slice blue cheese into 4 small
slices.

Place basil leaf about 1/3 of the
way from the end closest to you.

Top with blue cheese slice.

Lift fish end that is closest to you
and roll around cheese filling.
Secure with toothpicks.

Place fish rolls into ungreased
baking dish. Top each fish roll
with 1/2 tablespoon butter.

Pour water to baking dish. Bake
in preheated oven at 375
degrees F 30 to 40 minutes, or
until fish flakes easily when
touched with fork.

Transfer to serving plate and
carefully remove toothpicks,
trying to not break the rolls.
Serve hot.
Simple but elegant, this dish will look gorgeous
on your table!
