INGREDIENTS:
1 small baguette
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
5 or 6 dried tomato halves
3 to 4 slices any soft cheese
(Taleggio, Raclette, etc)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Slice baguette in half, lengthwise.
Spread Dijon mustard evenly on
bottom half.
Top with dried tomatoes.
Top with cheese slices.
Place onto baking dish and bake
in preheated oven for 4 to 5
minutes, or until cheese melts.
Do not overbake.
Serve hot.
