Ingredients:

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 small onion
1 medium egg
2 sprigs parsley
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper (or
to taste)
1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

In medium bowl, combine both
meats and egg together.

Add onion to meat.
Add parsley and bread crumbs
to meat.


















Add salt.



















Add pepper.


















Mix with spoon until all
ingredients are well-blended.


















Take one heaped teaspoon of
meat. With your hands, make
small balls.




































Pour oil into large pan and heat
for 30 seconds over medium
heat.















Add meatballs and cook over
medium heat for 5 minutes or
until browned on bottom.


















Flip over and cook for another 3
to 4 minutes, or until browned









Serve hot with gravy or white or
cheese sauce.
These are quick and easy-to-make meatballs that may
become family favorite. Warning: may be addictive!
