Ingredients:

4 slices white bread
2 eggs, hard-boiled

20 baby shrimps
1/2 cup mixed greens
4 teaspoons mayonnaise
4 chives



Hit hard-boiled egg gently
against cutting board to crack
the shell.







Remove shell and discard.


















Slice egg crosswise into 6 thin
slices.


















Spread mayonnaise with flat
knife over one side of bread.

















Top with 1/4 of mixed greens.



















Top with 3 egg rings.


















Top with 5 baby shrimps.


















Chop chives and sprinkle over
shrimps.
