INGREDIENTS for two:

2 tilapia fillets, 4 to 5 ounces
each
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend
cheese (or Cheddar)


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.


Lay Tilapia fillets in ungreased
baking dish.





Sprinkle with salt.


















Cover with tomato sauce.


















Sprinkle with cheese on top.


















Bake in preheated oven at 400
degrees F for 30 minutes or until
fish flakes easily when touched
with fork and cheese is golden.









Serve hot.
Even a complete beginner can make this
extremely easy dish!
