Ingredients:

1 package (7 ounces) Lady
Fingers
1/2 cup strong black coffee (or
espresso)
2 ounces brandy (or rum)
2 cups mascarpone
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder




Place mascarpone and
confectioners' sugar into chilled
mixer bowl.





Beat for 2 to 3 minutes until very
light and spreadable.




































Separate lady fingers. Line 9 x 7
x 2,5-in. baking dish with single
layer of ladyfingers.

















Blend coffee (or espresso) and
brandy (or rum) together.

















Brush ladyfingers with the coffee
mixture.


















Spoon half of mascarpone
mixture over ladyfingers.














Spread mascarpone mixture
evenly with back of spoon.





















Cover with another layer of
ladyfingers.


















Brush with coffee mixture.

















Spoon the remaining half of
mascarpone mixture over
ladyfingers and spread evenly.





































Put cocoa powder into wire
strainer and generously coat the
top layer of mascarpone
completely with cocoa.














Cover with plastic wrap and
refrigerate for at least 2 hours
(or overnight) before cutting and
serving.
