2 cups mixed greens 6 to 8 dried tomatoes 3 ounces blue cheese (you may use crumbled blue cheese as well) 10 slices dried beef or salami 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Place sun-dried tomatoes into food processor. Pulse until well-chopped.
Cut blue cheese into several rough strips crosswise.
Turn board and dice blue cheese strips roughly.
Add blue cheese to chopped tomatoes and mix ingredients until well-blended.
Place greens into serving bowl and add sun-dried tomato mixture.
