Greek Tsatsiki
Ingredients:

1 English cucumber
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
dill for decorating (optional)




Grate cucumber using biggest grater
holes.



Place cucumber into bowl. Add salt.




Add yoghurt.

















Chop garlic.

Add garlic to bowl with cucumber and
yoghurt. Mix to blend all ingredients
well. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1
hour or overnight.
