INGREDIENTS:

1 can (12 to 14 ounces)
marinated artichoke hearts,
drained
2 cans (6 ounces each) chunk
light tuna in water, drained
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
sauce
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar
cheese
2 heaped tablespoons
mayonnaise

Optional: sourdough bread for
serving



DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.


Chop artichokes into small
pieces.












Place artichokes in large bowl.



















Add tuna.


















Chop garlic.

Add garlic to bowl with
artichokes and tuna.

















Add Worcestershire sauce.


















Chop scallions.

Add scallions to bowl with
artichokes and tuna.

















Add Mozzarella cheese.


















Add Cheddar cheese.



















Add mayonnaise.



















Mix until well-blended.





































Place tuna mixture in oven-proof
dish. Bake in preheated oven at
375 degrees F about 25 to 30
minutes, or until dip is bubbling
and slightly golden on top.


































If using bread as a bowl for dip,
cut the top of bread off. You
may as well take some of the
inside part off to create a
deeper bowl. Be careful to not
take out too much!

































Transfer dip into bread.







Serve hot.
