INGREDIENTS:

1 3/4 cups all-purpose white flour
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
confectioner's sugar for dusting


DIRECTIONS:


Put flour into large bowl. Add
sugar.






Add eggs.



















Add vanilla extract.


















Add milk.


















Whisk with wire whisk until
well-blended.


















Add oil. Whisk until smooth.

















Heat pizzelle iron and brush with
oil. Drop about one tablespoon
of batter onto each circle on the
iron or follow the pizzelle iron
instructions. Bake for 40 to 60
seconds (follow pizzelle iron
instructions), or until steam is no
longer coming out of iron.
Remove pizzelles from iron.



Cool completely before serving.
Dust with confectioner's sugar.
Italian Pizzelles are crisp and yummy! This recipe
requires a pizzelle iron, similar to a waffle iron in
appearance.
