Ingredients:
2 cups mixed greens
1/2 medium red onion
1 radish
1 Granny Smith apples
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
Place mixed greens into bowl.
Cut both onion edged off, peel
papery skin off and discard.
Cut onion in half.
Slice one half thinly, crosswise.
Separate onion half-rings into
single pieces.
Add onions to salad.
Slice radish thinly in even
intervals. Hold it with your hand
in the process.
Add radish to salad.
Cut apple in half.
Cut each apple half in half again.
Core each apple quarter with
knife.
Cut each apple quarter into
several thin slices.
Arrange apple slices on top of
salad.
Add walnuts.
Pour olive oil over salad.
Serve immediately.
