Ingredients:

2 pounds Granny Smith apples
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg



Peel apples using vegetable
peeler or paring knife. Cut in
half with paring knife.







Cut in half again.


















Cut core out and discard.


















Cut apple quarter into several
slices, lengthwise.


















Chop into small rough chunks,
crosswise.


















Place apples into bowl.


















Add sugar.


















Add lemon juice.



















Add flour.



















Add cinnamon.

















Add ginger.



















Add nutmeg.



















Mix with spoon to blend all
ingredients well.
