Place eggs into pot. Add water
just to cover eggs barely. Bring
to boil, uncovered. Lower heat
for medium and cook for 20
minutes. Drain. Pour cold water
to cool eggs down. A minute
later drain and repeat again.
This will help to peel eggs easier.
