Diced Pineapple
Cut the top off.




















Cut the bottom off.


















Stand pineapple on cutting
board.


















Cut sides off.





































Cut pineapple into THREE
vertical pieces. Make sure you
make the cuts right near
pineapple core, separating it
from soft outer parts..















Lay MIDDLE part flat on cutting
board.



Cut into THREE pieces. This is
done in order to remove hard
pineapple core. Discard the core
(middle strip), leaving only softer
part of pineapple.





























Cut each strip into rough chunks.
