Sprinkle a large wooden (or
marble)cutting board with some
flour.
Place puff pastry in the middle of
the board.
Sprinkle puff pastry with some
flour.
Using a rolling pin, roll puff
pastry to stretch out.
The pastry will almost double in
length.
Place one end of puff pastry
over rolling pin and lift it up.
Dust board with more flour again.
Place puff pastry back onto the
board, this time the longer side
facing you.
Roll out puff pastry to make a
large square.
Now puff pastry is rolled out and
is about 1/8 inch thick.
